The following maintenance is recommended to prolong the service life of the Fiber Laser Welder:
1. Keep your machine in a well ventilated space.
Please ensure that the working area is clean and properly ventilated. Store the hand-held laser welding machine in a dry, cool environment.
Do not expose the hand-held laser welding machine to high temperature, high humidity,
and water hazards.
2. When operating the welder, ensure that the air suction port is free of any debris. Similarly ensure that there is no debris within 1 meter that could get trapped in the air intake.
We recommend elevating the top air outlet to reach a meter in height.
3. Running the equipment at temperatures above 40℃ will cause significant strain to the machine. So when the device overheats, stop using it and allow it time to cool down.
4. When using the wire feeder change the wire rollers each time you switch the wire size. The rollers are made to function with wires of certain diameters.
5. The Fiber Welder has a lens built into the nozzle. Pull up on the screw to remove lens holder. Clean lens with an optic grade lens wipe before returning it to it's original position.
