If your workspace capture is offset from the physical positions in the work area, or if you get an error when attempting to camera capture then you may need to go through the camera calibration.
First check the live video feed in the re3 software to ensure that the feed is present. If there is no live video feed present and you are receiving an error when attempting to camera capture please proceed to make a ticket and contact support.
If the feed is present then below is a pdf printout of an April tag. Print this sheet and ensure it is about 23.3mm in width. Place it in the center of the base plate, please remove the honeycombs for this process.
There are two corners that are filled in, these should be towards the back of the machine. Move the laser head over the top left corner of the code on the sheet and go to your setup page of re3.
To access this page change the /designer of the address to /setup. Then run the camera calibration, the machine will run through the process and then say "Operation Result Complete". Once the calibration is finished please attempt another camera capture.
