If you try to run RetinaEngrave 3D and it does not open or after a new installation of the software you will want to try the possible solutions below
• Download the latest Windows .NET Framework
You may not have the latest or damaged Windows .NET Framework installed which is used for the GUI of the interface and you can download the latest - .NET Framework version 4.8 Download
• Move RetinaEngrave 3D Folder
In certain rare instances the application will not open when running the shortcut or .exe file itself from the default install direction of C:\Program Files\RetinaEngrave3D. You can open Windows Explorer and go to the Program Files directory and simply copy and paste this folder to your Desktop (Or any other location) and then open the RetinaEngrave3D.exe file in this directory.
We've also included a .BAT file which you can download in the attached files which when this is ran it will do the above process automatically and you may open this folder and run the Application.
