Typically, the Wi-Fi connection works well in most environments but given how unpredictable a Wi-Fi connection may be in certain situations with building/wall, signal channels, etc there may be a chance you are experiencing weak signal strength or inability to connect to the RE3 interface using Wi-Fi alone there are a few things to try!
- If you are receiving a "Unable to connect!" message after trying to connect to your Wi-Fi Network, please try to power cycle the machine and try once more, if this continues there will be a step below that will likely resolve this.
- It is important to ensure your machine and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi Network, if it isn't then the machine isn't able to communicate to the computer, this is a pretty common problem we see.
The machine does come installed with a USB Dongle for more enhanced Wi-Fi capabilities but given the environment it may be required for a bit more strength to have a proper solid connection.
We highly recommend purchasing an additional Wi-fi to Ethernet Adapter which will greatly boost the signal strength and likely resolve any low signal connection you may be facing, a solid unit we find is below.

You will want to follow the instructions with your device to connect it to your network and plug the device near your machine and use an ethernet cable from the Adapter to the Ethernet port on your machine and this will ensure the connection is active.
