It's rare for these more sturdy rail systems to be out of square, in most cases it can be a limit sensor along the X or Y rail where it is not engaging correctly or the sensor had failed so the laser head does not "stop" going in a certain axis.
Pro 20x12 & Pro 24x16:
These units have a "screw" that extends from the rail track on the X-axis, which may be positioned away from the path of sensor on the gantry rail tends be the culprit in most cases. The Y-axis sensor in the far back-right will use the gantry itself to engage it and typically is not an issue unless the sensor itself has failed.
Pro 36x24 & Pro 48x36:
The most likely cause is the sensor itself. Check the gantry to confirm the cause as the failure of the limit sensor. It can be replaced using the provided spare limit switch in the Pro Toolbox.
